Registration, Account Setup, Service Usage:If you create an account to take advantage of the full range of services offered on Vaamoz, we ask for and record Personal Information such as your name, email address and mobile number. We may collect and store your Sensitive Personal Data or Information (such as any financial information including inter alia credit card, debit card details, bank account and know your customer ("KYC") documents as per RBI regulations and any other information as may be applicable) that the User may opt to save in the User account created with Vaamoz]. We use your email address to send you updates, news, and newsletters (if you willingly subscribe to the newsletter during signup, or anytime after signup) and contact you on behalf of other Users (such other Users who send you friend requests, personal messages, or other social collaboration based events). We use your mobile numbers to send you transaction alerts and SMS alerts based on your preferences. Vaamoz assures that your Personal Information will not be made public or sold to any third party.The User shall have an option to erase any information provided by the User including Personal Information. Location Information: We collect information about your use of the Services for advertising, for analytics, to serve content, and to protect the Services. This can include your IP address, browser information (including referrers), device information (such as iOS IDFA, IDFV for limited non-advertising purposes, Android AAID, and, when enabled by you, location information provided by your device). We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information that you submit within the mobile application.
Non-Member Information: Vaamoz receives or obtains information (for example, an email address or IP address) about a person who is not yet a registered Vaamoz member (a “non-member”) in connection with certain Vaamoz features, such as when a non-member chooses to subscribe to an Vaamoz newsletter, a member invites a non-member to visit the Site, a member uploads non-member information using the contact uploader feature, a non-member engages in a transaction. Non-member information is used only for the purposes disclosed when it was submitted to Vaamoz, for purposes necessary to the functioning of Vaamoz's Services or where Vaamoz has a legitimate interest.
